Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of a stream of warm oil over the third eye area of the forehead. Many types of oils and liquids can be used such as sesame oil, coconut oil, jojoba oil and even buttermilk. Each session incorporates Tibetan Eye treatment and abdominal massage to encourage the movement of Vata. Can help with sleep, anxiety, stress, and sinusitis, along with many other benefits. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. I use crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and chimes.

Restorative and yin yoga offer numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Restorative yoga allows the body to release tension and restore balance by using bolsters, blocks and blankets to hold your body in deeply relaxing poses.
Yin yoga encourages flexibility by gently stretching the muscles and connective tissues, while also encouraging mindfulness and mental clarity. Incorporating restorative and yin yoga into your routine can lead to improved overall well-being and a greater sense of inner peace.
